  4. Prices and Payment

    Please be aware that the order total does not include customs and duties, and this will be charged accordingly by customs in your own country, based on the order value of your shipment.

    4.2. Payment can be made using credit cards, PayPal and Apple Pay. The purchase price is due for immediate payment.

  5. Shipping and Delivery

    We provide free worldwide shipping, unless stated. All orders are being shipped from Switzerland, Germany or France by the respective national postal service. All orders are being shipped with tracked services that provide you with the shipping status and an estimated arrival time. The delivery of the ordered goods takes place worldwide to the delivery address provided by the customer and will usually take 1-3 business days from receipt of payment. In case of delivery delays, the customer will be promptly notified.

  6. Returns and Warranty for Defects

    6.1. "Utmostattire" ensures that the condition of the delivered items matches the description on the website at the time of delivery. Any defects or flaws, if present, will also be mentioned in the description.

    6.2. Should a delivered item have defects not mentioned in the description, the customer has the right to return the item within 10 days of receipt. Measurements are consistently included in the product description. We are unable to accept returns based on inaccurate size, color, or other personal reasons.

    6.3. The item must be returned in unworn condition and in its original packaging. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the item(s) are shipped carefully and undamaged. The customer must return the item(s) to us along with a tracking number and share this tracking number with us via email at utmostattire@hotmail.com.

    6.4. To request a return, the customer can send an email to utmostattire@gmail.com. The email must include the reason for the return and the order number. Please be aware that we reserve the right to request photographic evidence of any defects.

    6.5. "Utmostattire" will refund the full purchase price, including the shipping costs for the return, once the returned item is received and inspected for defects.
